– Booking Process: To ensure medical resources (including laboratory facilities and specialist teams), clients are required to make a deposit as regulated to confirm their appointment in Malaysia.– Service Confirmation: Appointments are only valid once officially confirmed by Longevity LifeCare via email or written documentation.
– Logistics Support: Longevity LifeCare assists in providing medical invitation letters for visa purposes (if required) and arranges transportation in Malaysia according to the service itinerary.
– Self-funded Expenses: Clients are responsible for costs such as international airfare, visa fees, and personal living expenses outside the scope of the agreed services.
– Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy: Deposit refunds or schedule changes will be considered based on the time of notification and specific circumstances, in accordance with Longevity LifeCare’s current regulations.
